    Notice to creditors; when state a creditor

    Debtor & Creditor (DCD) CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 5

    § 127. Notice to creditors; when state a creditor. Where the state is
    a creditor, the papers must be served upon the attorney-general, who
    must represent the state in the proceedings.
