    SECTION 161

    Sole trustee

    Debtor & Creditor (DCD) CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 7

    § 161. Sole trustee. When one trustee only shall be appointed, all
    the provisions herein contained, in reference to several trustees, shall
    apply to him.
