    Education department; responsibilities

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 23-A

    § 1122. Education department; responsibilities. The department shall
    assist individuals and organizations in the planning and establishment
    of such service centers. The department shall ensure program
    accountability and shall monitor and evaluate such centers.
