Denial of application for certification
Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 4, ARTICLE 61
§ 3004-c. Denial of application for certification. When the
commissioner determines that a certification should be denied, the
applicant shall be afforded notice and the right to be heard and offer
proof in opposition to such determination in accordance with the
regulations of the commissioner.
