    Construction

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 8

    § 365. Construction. The powers enumerated in this article shall be
    interpreted broadly to effectuate the purposes thereof and shall not be
    construed as a limitation of powers.
