    Drafts upon state treasury

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 6, ARTICLE 87

    § 4315. Drafts upon state treasury. All moneys appropriated for such
    school or derived from other sources in the course of the administration
    thereof shall be expended upon vouchers approved by the commissioner of
    education, when and in the manner authorized by the board of regents.
