    Transfer of pupils

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 6, ARTICLE 97

    § 4809. Transfer of pupils. The board of managers shall have full
    power to transfer to other institutions any child if a court grants a
    petition for transfer pursuant to section seven hundred seventy-three of
    the family court act.
