Saving clause
Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 9, ARTICLE 170
§ 9002. Saving clause. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to
impair or in any manner affect or change any special law touching the
schools or school system of any city or incorporated village unless the
same is so stated.
