Proceedings with respect to utilizing certain buildings as polling places

Election (ELN) CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 16

§ 16-115. Proceedings with respect to utilizing certain buildings as
polling places. The supreme court or a justice thereof, in a proceeding
instituted by any board or body empowered to designate polling places,
may compel by order, any person or entity which owns or operates a
building or facility which is required by this chapter to be made
available as a place of registration and voting to make such building or
facility available for such purposes and in a proceeding instituted by
any person or entity which owns or operates such a building or facility,
may vacate a determination by such a board or body that such a building
is suitable for registration and voting upon a finding that such
building is not required to be made available as a place of registration
and voting.
