Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 3
§ 15-0311. Eminent domain.
The department may, in those situations which are specifically
enumerated in this article and subject to whatever restrictions and
limitations this article may impose, acquire real property pursuant to
this article under an exercise of the right of eminent domain.
