    Review

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 5

    § 15-0515. Review.

    A determination, order or issuance, modification or denial of a
    permit, pursuant to sections 15-0501, 15-0503 and 15-0505 shall be
    reviewable in a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice
    Law and Rules.
