§ 15-2723. Penalties and enforcement.
Any person who violates any provision of this title or any regulation
or order issued pursuant to this act by the commissioner or the agency
may be compelled to comply with or obey the same by injunction, mandamus
or other appropriate remedy. In addition, any such person shall pay a
civil penalty of not less than one hundred dollars or more than one
thousand dollars for each day of such violation. The commissioner or the
agency as the case may be, is authorized to commence a civil action to
recover such civil penalties or other appropriate relief.
