Severability
Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 23, TITLE 17
§ 23-1727. Severability.
If any part of this title or the application thereof to any person or
circumstances shall be adjudged to be invalid by a court of competent
jurisdiction, such order or judgment shall be confined in its
applicability to the controversy in which it was rendered, and not
affect or invalidate the remainder of any provision of any section or
subdivision hereof or the application of any part of the act so
interpreted, or otherwise, to any other person or circumstance, and to
this end the provisions of each section of the act, and of subdivisions
and parts thereof, are hereby declared to be separable.
