§ 37-0303. Applicability.
The provisions of this title shall apply to every facility owned by,
or operated on behalf of, a state agency that manufactures or processes
greater than twelve thousand five hundred pounds per year of a toxic
chemical, or otherwise uses greater than five thousand pounds per year
of a toxic chemical.
