    Appropriations by municipalities in certain counties

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 43

    § 43-0113. Appropriations by municipalities in certain counties.

    The governing body of any municipality in the counties of Essex,
    Warren or Washington may raise, appropriate and pay over to the
    commission moneys to be expended by the commission for any of the
    purposes hereof.
