Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 58, TITLE 11
§ 58-1101. Benefits of funds.
The department shall make every effort practicable to achieve a goal
that forty percent of the funds pursuant to this article benefit
disadvantaged communities; however, disadvantaged communities shall
receive no less than thirty-five percent of the benefit of the funds
pursuant to this article.
