    Confidentiality

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 70

    § 70-0113. Confidentiality.

    The provisions of section eighty-eight of article six of the public
    officers law shall apply to information confidentially disclosed by
    applicants to the department, except as otherwise provided in this
    chapter.
