Disposition of penalties and fines

§ 71-4412. Disposition of penalties and fines.
1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all penalties
and fines collected pursuant to section 71-4411 of this title shall be
paid over to the commissioner for deposit into the general fund to the
credit of the state purposes account.
2. All moneys collected in any action brought on behalf of the state
for damage resulting from improper or unlawful disposal of regulated
medical waste shall be paid over to the commissioner for deposit to the
credit of the environmental enforcement account.
