    SECTION 72-1007

    Disposition of fees

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 72, TITLE 10

    § 72-1007. Disposition of fees.

    All fees collected pursuant to this title shall be paid into the
    miscellaneous special revenue fund, to the credit of the mined land
    reclamation program account. Moneys in such account shall be kept
    separately from and shall not be commingled with any other moneys in the
    joint or sole custody of the state comptroller.
