    Forest regions

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 7

    § 9-0703. Forest regions.

    The commissioner shall establish not to exceed nine forest regions of
    one or more counties each, which shall include all counties of the
    state.
