    Adirondack park agency jurisdiction

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 19

    § 9-1913. Adirondack park agency jurisdiction.

    Nothing in this title shall be interpreted as altering or affecting
    the regulatory jurisdiction of the Adirondack park agency over any land
    located within township forty.
