Separability
Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 12
§ 1211. Separability. If any provision of this act or the application
thereof to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, the
remainder of the act and the application of such provision to other
persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
