Judgment creditor
General Construction (GCN) CHAPTER 22, ARTICLE 2
§ 26-a. Judgment creditor. "Judgment creditor" signifies the person
who is entitled to collect or otherwise enforce, in his own right, a
judgment for a sum of money, or directing the payment of a sum of money.
