    SECTION 18-403

    Severability

    General Obligations (GOB) CHAPTER 24-A, ARTICLE 18-C

    § 18-403. Severability. If any provision of this article or
    application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the
    invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this
    article that can be given effect without the invalid provision or
    application, and to this end the provisions of this article shall be
    severable.
