SECTION 119
Purchase of lands
Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 6
§ 119. Purchase of lands. The board of supervisors may, by resolution,
authorize its chairman, a member, or a committee to purchase the lands
to be acquired for the purposes specified in the preceding section.
