    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 12

    § 342-q. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the
    "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Expressway". That portion of the state
    highway system in the county of Richmond known as the Willowbrook
    Expressway shall on and after the effective date of this section be
    designated and known as the "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Expressway".
