    Portion of state highway system to be designated as the "Corey Lee Carr Memorial Bridge"

    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 12

    * § 344-e. Portion of state highway system to be designated as the
    "Corey Lee Carr Memorial Bridge". The pedestrian bridge across state
    routes five, eight and twelve, also known as the north-south arterial,
    in the city of Utica, county of Oneida, shall be designated and known as
    the "Corey Lee Carr Memorial Bridge".
