Transfer
Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 22
ยง 2207. Transfer. The superintendent is authorized to transfer the
certification of any person issued pursuant to this article from one
insurer or savings bank to another insurer or savings bank, without
examination.
