Notification regarding qualified health insurance plans
Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 3
§ 341. Notification regarding qualified health insurance plans. Within
fifteen days of the effective date of this section, the superintendent
shall notify the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services that New
York state elects to have policies issued pursuant to sections four
thousand three hundred twenty-one, four thousand three hundred
twenty-two and four thousand three hundred twenty-six of this chapter as
"qualified health insurance" for the purpose of assistance under the
federal Trade Adjustment Assistance Reform Act of 2002.
