    SECTION 4306-I

    Coverage for medically fragile children

    Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 43

    § 4306-i. Coverage for medically fragile children. A corporation that
    is subject to the provisions of this article shall have procedures for
    coverage of medically fragile children consistent with section three
    thousand two hundred seventeen-j of this chapter.
