Compensation of clerks to judges of court of appeals
Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 8
§ 262. Compensation of clerks to judges of court of appeals. The
clerk appointed by each judge of the court of appeals shall be entitled
to a compensation to be fixed by such judge, not exceeding four thousand
dollars a year. The compensation herein provided shall be paid monthly
by the department of taxation and finance upon the certificate of the
judge.
