Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 8
§ 274. Duty of special deputy clerks for the supreme court in Queens
county. It shall be the duty of each of the special deputy clerks
appointed by the supreme court justices residing in Queens county
pursuant to section one hundred and fifty-six of this chapter, to attend
each session of the part or term of the supreme court to which he is
assigned and keep the minutes thereof and to perform such other duties
as shall be prescribed by the rules made by such justices; each such
special deputy clerk shall be subject to the supervision of the county
clerk, and shall possess the same power and authority as the county
clerk at any sitting or term of the court which he attends, with respect
to the business transacted thereat.
