§ 297. Preservation of original notes for two years when not filed
with clerk. Unless the original stenographic notes taken upon a trial or
hearing, are filed, pursuant to an order, made as prescribed in section
thirteen of this chapter, they must be carefully preserved by the
stenographer, for two years after the trial or hearing; or for such
greater period of time and in such manner as may be provided by the
chief administrator of the courts.
