§ 76. Appellate division may compel sheriff to attend to room in which
court is held. The appellate division of the supreme court may enforce
the performance of the duty by the sheriff of causing the room in which
a term of the appellate division is held, to be properly heated,
ventilated, lighted, and kept comfortably clean and in order.
