Time on task
Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 21-A
§ 783. Time on task. Consistent with existing law, paid and unpaid
breaks shall not be considered productive time for the purpose of any
quota or monitoring system unless the employee is required to remain on
call.
