Separability clause
Legislative (LEG) CHAPTER 32, ARTICLE 1-A
§ 1-v. Separability clause. If any part or provision of this article
or the application thereof to any person or organization is adjudged by
a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, such judgment
shall not affect or impair any other part or provision or the
application thereof to any other person or organization, but shall be
confined in its operation to the part, provision, person or organization
directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have
been rendered.
