    SECTION 32.02

    Regulation and quality control of compulsive gambling services

    Mental Hygiene (MHY) CHAPTER 27, TITLE E, ARTICLE 32

    § 32.02 Regulation and quality control of compulsive gambling services.

    (a) The commissioner may adopt any regulation reasonably necessary to
    regulate and ensure high quality of services to individuals suffering
    from compulsive gambling.

    (b) The requirements of this article are applicable to this section.
