    Promotion and reduction

    Military (MIL) CHAPTER 36, ARTICLE 4

    § 92. Promotion and reduction. Enlisted personnel of the organized
    militia shall be promoted and reduced in grade or rate, as prescribed by
    regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
