When to take effect
Navigation (NAV) CHAPTER 37, ARTICLE 13
§ 204. When to take effect. This act shall take effect July first,
nineteen hundred forty-one, except section seventy-one thereof, which
section shall take effect January first, nineteen hundred forty-two.
