Suspension and revocation of certificates and permits
Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (PAR) CHAPTER 36-B, TITLE D, ARTICLE 25
§ 25.29 Suspension and revocation of certificates and permits. The
commissioner may suspend or revoke a snowmobile safety certificate, or a
permit for special events, issued pursuant to the provisions of this
article, upon satisfactory proof of a violation of any provision of this
article or of any rule, regulation, order, local law or ordinance
adopted or promulgated pursuant thereto. Upon said suspension or
revocation, all rights and privileges accruing to such youthful operator
or permittee shall terminate.
