Sale of water
Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 4
§ 1078-a. Sale of water. The authority shall not refuse to sell water
service to residential tenants for the sole reason that the premises of
such tenants receiving water service are rented.
