    Seneca county water and sewer authority district

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 6-E

    § 1149-b. Seneca county water and sewer authority district. There is
    hereby defined and established a district to be known as the "Seneca
    county water and sewer authority district" which shall embrace all of
    the territory located within the county of Seneca.
