    SECTION 207

    State not liable on bonds

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 4

    * § 207. State not liable on bonds. The bonds and other obligations of
    the authority shall not be a debt of the state and the state shall not
    be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than
    those of the authority.
