    SECTION 884

    State and counties not liable on bonds

    Public Authorities (PBA) CHAPTER 43-A, ARTICLE 4, TITLE 4

    § 884. State and counties not liable on bonds. The bonds and other
    obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state or of any
    county or counties, and the board shall have no power to make them
    payable out of any moneys except those of the authority.
