    SECTION 10

    Purpose

    Rural Electric Cooperative (REL) CHAPTER 77-A, ARTICLE 2

    § 10. Purpose. Cooperative, non-profit, membership corporations may be
    organized under this chapter for the purpose of supplying electric
    energy and promoting and extending the use thereof in rural areas in
    accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
