Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 2
§ 16. Liabilities of noncitizen holders of real property. Every
noncitizen holding real property in this state is subject to duties,
assessments, taxes and burdens as if such noncitizen were a citizen of
the state.
