    Portable kerosene heaters prohibited in multiple dwellings

    Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 7A

    § 239-e. Portable kerosene heaters prohibited in multiple dwellings.
    It shall be unlawful to use any portable kerosene heater in a multiple
    dwelling.
