    Inapplicability of title

    Real Property Tax (RPT) CHAPTER 50-A, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 1-A

    * § 909. Inapplicability of title. The provisions of this title may
    not be adopted if the city of Amsterdam elects to adopt the provisions
    of article nineteen of this chapter.
