Ventilation of tunnels
Railroad (RRD) CHAPTER 49, ARTICLE 3
§ 102. Ventilation of tunnels. The commissioner of transportation is
hereby authorized, empowered and given full and complete authority to
require and compel all tunnels used or to be used by railroads operated
by any form of power in this state to be properly ventilated, in such
manner and by such means and mechanical appliances as said commissioner
of transportation may direct.
