Retirement & Social Security (RSS) CHAPTER 51-A, ARTICLE 8, TITLE 13
§ 410-b. Deduction of dues and insurance premiums from benefits of
certain retired members of the division of state police.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the
comptroller is hereby authorized to deduct from the retirement allowance
of any retired member of the division of state police an amount of

mass-merchandised automobile and homeowners' insurance policies for
retired members of such collective negotiating unit. Deductions for such
dues and premiums shall not be authorized for any other employee
